You'll drive rapid expansion across EMEA by closing new logos for an OpenTelemetry-native observability platform. Your impact will shape the sales motion at a category-defining startup backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive full sales cycle from prospect to close for new logos
  • Work inbound leads and drive outbound initiatives
  • Conduct product demos and manage technical validation cycles
  • Partner with Sales Development and Marketing on pipeline generation

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years quota-carrying closing experience in B2B tech sales
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable in technical conversations with engineering leaders
  • Disciplined in sales qualification and pipeline management

✨ Nice to Have

  • Direct experience selling observability or APM tools
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry ecosystem
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
