You'll drive rapid expansion across EMEA by closing new logos for an OpenTelemetry-native observability platform. Your impact will shape the sales motion at a category-defining startup backed by top-tier investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive full sales cycle from prospect to close for new logos
- Work inbound leads and drive outbound initiatives
- Conduct product demos and manage technical validation cycles
- Partner with Sales Development and Marketing on pipeline generation
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years quota-carrying closing experience in B2B tech sales
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable in technical conversations with engineering leaders
- Disciplined in sales qualification and pipeline management
✨ Nice to Have
- Direct experience selling observability or APM tools
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry ecosystem
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
