You'll be the hands-on engineering force inside Everfield's product team, building agent-first features end to end in European B2B SaaS codebases. You'll prototype directly with customers and ship validated ideas in weeks rather than quarters. This is one of the most exciting product surfaces in European B2B SaaS, with freedom to prototype in days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build agent-first products end to end inside BU codebases.
• Drop into any BU codebase and ship working software fast.
• Prototype directly with customers and iterate based on usage.
• Translate validated ideas into shipped products in weeks.
• Hand off cleanly with documentation and a technical narrative.

📋 Requirements

• Senior engineer with shipped real software to real users.
• Founder or near-founder experience in a tech startup.
• AI-native ways of working with daily use of agentic coding tools.
• Polyglot pragmatism across at least two production languages.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in engineering or hybrid roles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple companies or accelerator environments.
• A failed, acqui-hired, or side startup on your CV.
• Public technical work like GitHub, talks, or open-source contributions.
