Description

You will produce cannabis products using tools and small machinery, train new employees, and track production through seed-to-sale systems to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

Effective time-management and multitasking skills
Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
Work in fast-paced environment up to 85°F and 70% humidity
Comply with GMP and state regulations
Pass background checks and remain compliant with legal/company regulations

Responsibilities

Produce, fill, package, label, and seal cannabis products
Train new employees on SOPs and work instructions
Maintain work area organization and 5S requirements
Track product movement and KPI using seed-to-sale systems
Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance inspections
