You'll develop and execute regional marketing strategies for the UK, DACH, and Northern Europe, driving pipeline growth for Pantheon's WebOps platform. You will partner with sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns and field events that generate qualified pipeline and enhance brand awareness. This role offers the chance to shape international marketing from the ground up in a fast-growth SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ideate, build, and execute field events, partner marketing, and ABM activations.
• Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives including webinars and sponsorship activations.
• Track and measure marketing program effectiveness using pipeline and revenue metrics.
• Manage the regional field marketing budget and report on ROI.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of field or partner marketing experience in enterprise SaaS.
• Fluency in English (other European language a plus).
• Results-driven mindset with analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
• Proven track record of building relationships with sales teams and stakeholders.
