You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, supporting integrations and troubleshooting complex issues in a fast-growing remote-first SaaS environment. You'll balance technical depth with customer interaction, shaping scalable success operations and automation initiatives for the AI era.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as primary technical contact for enterprise customers across onboarding and escalations
  • Lead technical onboarding, integrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales discussions to close deals
  • Build internal automations and workflows to streamline support and operations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar role in SaaS
  • Coding ability in Python or JavaScript for troubleshooting and debugging
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, DNS, TLS, APIs, proxies)
  • Experience building technical automations and workflows

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with scraping technologies and anti-bot systems
  • Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Notion or similar platforms
