You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, supporting integrations and troubleshooting complex issues in a fast-growing remote-first SaaS environment. You'll balance technical depth with customer interaction, shaping scalable success operations and automation initiatives for the AI era.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as primary technical contact for enterprise customers across onboarding and escalations
- Lead technical onboarding, integrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales discussions to close deals
- Build internal automations and workflows to streamline support and operations
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Customer Success or similar role in SaaS
- Coding ability in Python or JavaScript for troubleshooting and debugging
- Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, DNS, TLS, APIs, proxies)
- Experience building technical automations and workflows
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with scraping technologies and anti-bot systems
- Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, Notion or similar platforms
