🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess patients for muscle strength, mobility, gait, and transfer capabilities.
• Provide direct physical therapy treatment according to plan of care.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in use of therapeutic appliances.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant as necessary.
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress notes timely.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or master's in physical therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapist experience.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy license or application in process.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
