🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead global web and digital experience strategy
• Own end-to-end website ecosystem for seamless user journey
• Drive content strategy, localization, and optimization across global properties
• Implement AI-driven personalization, A/B testing, and CRO strategies

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web strategy or digital experience management in B2B tech
• Strong expertise in CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal) and marketing automation (HubSpot)
• Proven experience with web analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio) and tagging strategies
• Solid understanding of CRO, A/B testing, personalization, and AI-driven optimization tools
