💼 About This Role

You'll join Allica Bank's Credit Monitoring Team, managing in-life lending relationships for established SMEs. You'll oversee credit risk, handle borrower requests, and drive process improvements. This role offers high impact with exposure across credit, operations, and relationship teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage in-life changes to lending facilities
• Monitor credit risk and identify early warning signs
• Engage directly with customers on complex borrower requests
• Support remediation strategies for pre-watchlist accounts

📋 Requirements

• SME/commercial lending experience
• In-life credit risk monitoring skills
• Strong judgement in fast-moving environment
• Ability to build and embed processes and MI

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with broker-introduced customers
• Knowledge of Consumer Duty and TCF
• Background in collections or remediation
