Description
As an Area Sales Director, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth by closing new logo opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. You'll manage day-to-day operations, mentor your team, and develop executive-level relationships to close complex transactions.
Requirements
- 10+ years selling Enterprise B2B SaaS solutions
- 5+ years SaaS Enterprise Sales management experience
- ISV/Partner experience
- Cloud Security experience a plus
- Ability to travel approximately 25%
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of an Enterprise team
- Hire, motivate, mentor, and train team to increase efficiency and productivity
- Ensure quarterly revenue targets and monthly goals are achieved
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data and provide reliable forecast information
- Quote, negotiate, and assist in closing complex transactions with executive-level relationships
