💼 About This Role

You'll support the Talent Acquisition team at the Pantex Plant by coordinating interviews, candidate travel, and onboarding. You'll maintain accurate data in ATS and SAP while ensuring a smooth hiring process. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with a federal contractor on critical national security missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate candidate interviews and scheduling travel
• Manage onboarding process and new employee orientation
• Track requisitions and maintain candidate relationships
• Maintain employee data in ATS and SAP systems

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship due to federal nature of work
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance
• Prior experience coordinating interviews, scheduling travel, and onboarding

• Experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
• SAP data processing experience
• Excellent computer and communication skills
