In this dual role, you will design training materials and facilitate live sessions for a fully remote Patient Ambassador Center team. Your work directly impacts performance metrics and learner success.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in training, instructional design, sales coaching, or related role
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing training materials
• Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Absorb LMS preferred
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills in a virtual environment
• Ability to operate autonomously

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of training plans, materials, job aids, assessments, and facilitator guides
• Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training solutions
• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions and provide feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with performance data and business needs
• Report on training effectiveness and learner progress
