You'll lead the technical development of competition and performance swimwear for a major apparel company, translating design intent into impeccably built garments. Your core impact will be driving cost-effective, scalable solutions while ensuring fit, quality, and World Aquatics compliance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end technical development of competition swimwear
• Partner with Design to interpret concepts using 3D development tools
• Build and maintain comprehensive tech packs and specs
• Lead fit approvals and provide technical direction to vendors

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical design experience in performance swimwear
• Expertise in World Aquatics-compliant competition swimsuit development
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Optitex, and Browzwear (or similar 3D software)
• Strong knowledge of pattern making, grading, and marker efficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ultrasonic welding and bonded seams
• Knowledge of compression mapping and seam sealing
• Familiarity with PLM systems
