You'll join Dusty Robotics as the founding SDR, driving qualified pipeline for Account Executives by prospecting into construction jobsites. Your core impact will be booking discovery meetings that convert into opportunities for our construction robotics product. This role stands out as you'll help shape the team's operational playbook and culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively source and initiate exploratory conversations via cold calls and emails.
- Book discovery meetings that convert into qualified opportunities for AEs.
- Qualify prospects based on established criteria and gather sales intelligence.
- Maintain strong outreach activity across multiple channels: calls, emails, LinkedIn.
๐ Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in inbound and cold outbound sales or sales development.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in an SDR role within a SaaS environment.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Must be able to travel domestically up to 35% for events and trade shows.

- Experience in construction technology sales.
- Familiarity with tools like Clay, HubSpot, RB2B.
- Prior experience in hypergrowth startup environments.
