💼 About This Role

You'll lead the finance technology transformation at a leading AI platform in HR tech, building the FP&A function from the ground up while partnering with senior leadership. This interim role offers a blank canvas to shape best-in-class FP&A processes and tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead audit and overhaul of finance technology stack.
• Own annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, long-range planning.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic financial decisions.
• Deliver board and investor reporting with clear narratives.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in FP&A leadership, ideally in a transformation context.
• Expertise in finance systems implementation and AI tools.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
• Experience with SaaS or technology companies.
