You will lead and manage all aspects of the store's business, including sales, operations, team development, and merchandising. Your goal is to create a positive, productive environment aligned with ALO's mission of mindful movement, while achieving profitability and building a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail leadership role
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of local market and competitors
• Ability to coach, develop, and evaluate team performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to resolve customer issues and maintain store standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies for customer experience and client relations
• Lead team to achieve sales goals using KPIs and company tools
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and ongoing training
• Manage inventory to control shrink and maintain visual standards
• Complete daily/weekly reporting and manage payroll objectives
