💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the management team with daily operations and sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Step in as leadership support when the manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product using store equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
