💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end program delivery for Anaplan's AI transformation initiatives, governing the portfolio and driving adoption. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to build change management strategies that translate AI investments into measurable outcomes. The role combines PMO discipline with AI enablement in a Fortune 50 client ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for transformation and AI initiatives.
• Define and operate PMO governance frameworks and portfolio cadences.
• Design and execute change management strategies for AI adoption.
• Develop executive-ready presentations on program progress and decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years in program/portfolio management or change management.
• Demonstrated PMO discipline with portfolio governance and reporting.
• Background in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience leading AI, digital, or enterprise technology adoption programs.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar connected planning platforms.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
