🎯 What You'll Do

• Build unified customer profile for messaging across systems.
• Develop rules engine for governance and orchestration.
• Lead vendor consolidation and sequence migrations.
• Define internal APIs for self-service messaging.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management on infrastructure or platform products.
• Deep experience with CPaaS vendors and multi-channel orchestration.
• Track record of consolidating fragmented platform landscapes.
• Experience owning internal APIs or developer-facing products.

• Background at mid-size fintech or CPaaS vendor.
• Experience building suppression logic or messaging governance.
