Description

You will develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales targets for Kao customers, using data-driven insights and trade marketing strategies. You'll collaborate with strategic accounts to build joint business plans that drive category growth and profitability, while managing promotions and shelf placement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2+ years of sales or trade marketing experience in CPG industry
• Beauty care experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bilingual (English/French) a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans and promotional programs to achieve sales budget and increase market share
• Negotiate promotional activity, listings, distribution, and shelf placement
• Negotiate annual business plan and trade terms
• Analyze data to spot trends and create positive outcomes
• Conduct regular visits to account head office and retail stores
