πΌ About This Role
You'll lead a team of Technical Account Managers supporting enterprise eCommerce customers. You'll drive customer onboarding and success by ensuring technical fit and seamless product execution. This role stands out for its high impact within the growing Professional Services team.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 10+ TAMs
- Conduct regular customer call reviews and case audits
- Own onboarding and ramp-up of new TAMs
- Track and improve TAM KPIs aligned with customer success
π Requirements
- 2+ years directly managing TAMs or SEs
- Understanding of modern SaaS architecture (APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, databases, cloud)
- Ability to de-escalate heated customer situations and translate technical constraints into business language
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
