You'll own the customer journey for top law firms adopting Legora's AI-native workspace. You'll ensure clients see rapid ROI through structured onboarding and proactive adoption. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing legal tech company that's redefining how legal work gets done.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own global adoption for a book of major law firms and corporates
• Lead onboarding and implementation alongside Legal Engineers
• Proactively drive product adoption through tailored success plans
• Identify expansion opportunities and lead adoption initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS
• Track record of driving retention in the Enterprise space
• Experience with legal or regulated industries
• Strong project management and onboarding experience
