You'll lead the Snowflake Apps organization, owning end-to-end success of Streamlit, Native Apps, and React platforms. You will define the architectural vision for AI-powered interfaces and drive horizontal programs while maintaining technical excellence.

• Provide strategic leadership for Snowflake Apps teams
• Define architectural vision for Snowflake Applications
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with design and product teams
• Lead and mentor high-impact engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of Engineering leadership experience
• 2+ years at director level
• Deep understanding of modern web applications design architecture
• Experience managing large scale full stack and front end organizations

• Expertise in React and Node.JS
• Strong background in software development lifecycle processes
• Demonstrated technical leadership as architect or tech lead
