As a Research Lead, you'll lead a team of scientists and engineers working on spoken conversational AI research, driving real-world applications that power customer experiences. You'll mentor researchers, contribute hands-on, and advocate for impactful research initiatives across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of research scientists and engineers
• Conduct hands-on research from exploration to working prototypes
• Identify and advocate for AI research programs aligned with company mission
• Document results, publish papers, and patent innovations

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Linguistics, or related field
• Significant research experience in Speech systems or Speech LLMs
• Experience leading or managing research teams
• Hands-on contribution in algorithm design and experimental evaluation

• Experience building and growing an applied research team in academia or industry
• Experience with Spoken Conversational AI applications or Speech LLMs
