💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of RNs and LVNs in delivering high-quality oncology care at a community-based cancer clinic. You'll balance administrative oversight with direct patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage RNs and LVNs including performance evaluations.
• Provide direct patient care to maintain staffing levels.
• Coordinate staff schedules and monitor timecards.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

📋 Requirements

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Current BLS and Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy (ONS) certification.
• Minimum 3 years of oncology nursing experience.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN).
