• Design core product experiences from problem framing to polished visuals.
• Collaborate with Head of Design, CEO, and engineers on product decisions.
• Help establish design culture, standards, and systems.
• Prototype rapidly using Figma, code, or any medium.

📋 Requirements

• Evidence of solving difficult problems with design and product.
• Attention to detail for visual polish and delight.
• Ability to ship at high velocity.
• Systems thinking on open-ended problems.

• Frontend development experience with React and TailwindCSS.
• Experience in B2B or commercial design.
