💼 About This Role

You'll be the face and voice of our premium learning experiences, creating an engaging virtual container for students. You'll own the live session, energize the room, and bridge speakers with the community, while acting as a feedback loop owner to drive program improvements. You'll manage speaker prep, host live sessions, and analyze student sentiment to provide data-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare speakers on platform, audience context, and run-of-show.
• Host live sessions, welcome participants, and facilitate Q&A.
• Manage post-session assets: recordings, transcripts, and resources.
• Produce survey-based reports on program health and NPS.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience hosting virtual events or online facilitation.
• Proficiency in Zoom (breakout rooms, webinar settings, troubleshooting).
• Basic video editing and transcript formatting skills.
• Ability to interpret survey data and NPS scores.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or related field.
• Familiarity with other streaming platforms.
• Comfortable with ticketing systems (Jira, Asana).
