You will provide one-on-one companionship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them develop independence through activities like budgeting, socializing, and exercise. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Passion for helping individuals with disabilities
• Patience, empathy, and dedication

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting relationships in one-on-one settings
• Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities
• Support clients in developing independence and achieving goals
