You'll provide thoughtful, high-quality support to Keep's fintech customers, primarily through tickets and emails. You'll own issues end-to-end, investigating account data and transactions to deliver accurate, clear resolutions. This entry-level role values sound judgment and clear communication over fast replies.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Handle customer cases end-to-end via tickets, emails, and occasional phone calls.
  • Investigate account data, transactions, and system behavior to resolve issues.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically, especially in stressful situations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, FinOps, Compliance, and Collections on edge cases.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer support or customer-facing experience.
  • Comfortable in an evolving environment with changing products and processes.
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and thoughtful with financial information.
