You'll provide thoughtful, high-quality support to Keep's fintech customers, primarily through tickets and emails. You'll own issues end-to-end, investigating account data and transactions to deliver accurate, clear resolutions. This entry-level role values sound judgment and clear communication over fast replies.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle customer cases end-to-end via tickets, emails, and occasional phone calls.
- Investigate account data, transactions, and system behavior to resolve issues.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically, especially in stressful situations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, FinOps, Compliance, and Collections on edge cases.
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer support or customer-facing experience.
- Comfortable in an evolving environment with changing products and processes.
- Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and thoughtful with financial information.
