💼 About This Role

You'll help others grow as a Nursing Trainer at VEG, coaching and developing skills in emergency medicine. You'll split time between on-the-floor mentoring and strategic development, building confidence and careers. This role offers a chance to shape training programs in a fast-paced, compassionate ER environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership to identify individual and team training needs.
• Assess assistants and credentialed technicians through direct observation.
• Drive advancement through VEG's Cultivate program.
• Provide tailored, hands-on training for all learning styles.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology preferred.
• Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state the VEG practice is located.
• High level of knowledge and skill in emergency medicine.
• Previous training experience preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• VTS in ECC, internal medicine, or anesthesia/analgesia.
• Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology from an AVMA accredited program.
