💼 About This Role

You'll join Remedy Home Health Care providing in-home occupational therapy evaluations and rehab plans for seniors. You'll help patients regain independence through activities of daily living and fall prevention in their own homes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide in-home occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses and PTs
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques

📋 Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
