You'll oversee daily Health Information Management operations within a healthcare revenue cycle environment, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant management of patient health records. You'll play a key part in maintaining documentation integrity and supporting regulatory compliance across functions like release of information. This role combines operational supervision with quality oversight in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily HIM operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate team activities for record processing and release of information
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and support
• Conduct audits of health records for completeness and regulatory compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Health Information Management
• Strong understanding of electronic medical records systems and workflows
• Experience with systems such as Epic and One Content

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification preferred (RHIT, RHIA, or CRCR)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills
