Description

You will manage and drive manufacturing processes for Mill's products, designing and optimizing systems for contract manufacturing partners. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to improve design for manufacturability, increase production capacity through automation, and resolve quality issues, ensuring efficient new product introductions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer.
• B.S. in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Strong electro-mechanical background.
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, supplier management, and statistical process controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and CAD (NX); ability to write scripts for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly reviews with engineering teams.
• Optimize manual and automated assembly processes to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Design and develop fixtures/tooling, including supplier coordination.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation for pre-production and production.
• Collaborate on quality issue resolution and new product introduction qualification.
