Description

You will lead strategic cross-functional initiatives to deeply understand and improve the provider experience at Oscar Health. You'll define the provider experience strategy, collaborate with leaders, and drive impactful outcomes using data and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience
• 15+ years experience, 10+ in healthcare consulting or strategic role
• 7+ years collaborating and influencing at executive level
• 5+ years defining and deploying strategies at company level
• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop framework and measures for provider experience and its impact on network
• Be voice and advocate for provider experience internally and externally
• Define and shape provider experience strategy
• Lead execution of multiple high-visibility strategic projects
• Recruit, lead, and develop a team delivering high-impact outcomes
