💼 About This Role

You'll lead B2B sales for carbon credits at Klim, an AgriTech company scaling regenerative agriculture. You'll drive revenue through complex sales processes and build long-term partnerships. Your work directly contributes to climate impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a B2B sales pipeline end-to-end.
  • Conduct structured outbound sales to new market segments.
  • Lead price, risk, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and track KPIs in CRM.

📋 Requirements

  • Native-level German (C1) and fluent English
  • 3+ years experience in B2B new business with closing responsibility
  • Proven outbound sales and end-to-end funnel management
  • Experience selling complex, trust-based solutions (six-figure deals)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in voluntary carbon market and environmental policy
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Presentation skills with Google Workspace proficiency
