You'll provide in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Chester County. You will help patients stay connected and communicate clearly while enjoying flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume. This role offers paid training and mentorship in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing for treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare

📋 Requirements

• Active SLP license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
