You'll lead the strategy and architecture of the entire revenue systems ecosystem, enabling sales, marketing, and RevOps teams to operate with speed and scalability. Your core impact is designing and optimizing systems that directly influence pipeline generation and revenue growth in a global, AI-forward environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and evolve revenue systems architecture aligned with go-to-market strategy.
- Lead design and optimization of end-to-end revenue processes and automation.
- Manage and enhance the core revenue tech stack (Salesforce and adjacent tools).
- Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions for GTM teams.
- Establish governance, policies, and documentation for RevOps processes.
๐ Requirements
- 8โ12+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Systems leadership in SaaS.
- Proven track record leading CRM architecture and complex GTM tech ecosystems.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and familiarity with CPQ, Outreach, Clari, etc.
- Strong understanding of revenue lifecycle processes: lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting.
