Description

You will manage a pipeline of warm homeowner leads through a structured sales process, conducting consultative calls to assess financial needs and explain Home Equity Investments. Your goal is to convert leads by following up on estimates and offers, while ensuring compliance and providing excellent customer support.

Requirements

• 3+ years phone-based sales experience with high call volume and closing
• Pipeline management experience tracking leads from contact to close
• Strong communication skills to explain complex financial products simply
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license preferred
• Tech-savvy with G-Suite and CRM (Salesforce) experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline of warm homeowner leads through structured sales process with high volume outbound calls
• Conduct consultative sales calls to understand homeowner financial needs and explain Home Equity Investment product
• Drive conversions by following up on estimates and offers to move prospects through funnel
• Provide customer support by answering pricing and product questions, connecting with appropriate team members
• Stay current on legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in every interaction
