- Manage employee relations, onboarding, training, and offboarding
- Oversee full-cycle leave of absence and workers' compensation
- Lead HR investigations under state, federal, and local laws
- Maintain accurate personnel records and payroll data

- 3-5 years HR experience at a site with 50+ hourly employees
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
- Available for Sunday-Thursday 5PM-1AM shift
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
