  • Manage employee relations, onboarding, training, and offboarding
  • Oversee full-cycle leave of absence and workers' compensation
  • Lead HR investigations under state, federal, and local laws
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and payroll data

  • 3-5 years HR experience at a site with 50+ hourly employees
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
  • Available for Sunday-Thursday 5PM-1AM shift
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
