Description

You will work with vehicle operational data using Excel and scripting to standardize and QA data, then apply AI tools like LLMs to automate reporting and analysis. You'll build dashboards and deliver data-driven insights to improve logistics operations at Coupang's logistics subsidiary.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas
• Data-oriented mindset with eagerness to find patterns
• Willingness to learn Python, SQL, and AI tools
• Degree in statistics, industrial engineering, computer science, or equivalent
• Preferred: experience with data analysis, predictive modeling, AI automation, or BI tools

Responsibilities

• Clean and standardize vehicle driving/maintenance data using Excel or Python scripts
• Design basic automation for repetitive tasks and KPI calculations
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, no-code/low-code) to automate report generation and summaries
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in maintenance network and fleet
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for operational teams
