You'll join Binance's Sanctions team to lead investigations using advanced blockchain analytics tools. Your work will directly protect the platform and its 300M+ users from financial crime. You'll collaborate across compliance, product, and engineering teams to drive process improvements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate sanctions incidents and coordinate root cause analysis with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate on creative compliance solutions.
• Oversee operational processes and manage change control frameworks.
• Test and tune compliance risk rules, conduct UAT for system enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in crypto-related investigations, sanctions, or monitoring.
• Experience with crypto tools like Chainalysis, Elliptic, or TRM.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in an unstructured environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
