Description
In this role, you will provide first-line technical support to end users, handle support tickets across levels 1-3, and administer IT systems including application support, user account management, and network maintenance. You'll become an IT generalist supporting the technology that powers design solutions for leading organizations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related IT experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
- Knowledge of MS Windows 7/10/11, Microsoft Office, and VMWare vSphere required
- ITIL knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
Responsibilities
- Provide end user support for local and remote users, handling 70% level 1-3 support tickets and troubleshooting
- Support, configure, and maintain architecture/engineering-specific applications; act as liaison between users, IT, and vendors
- Monitor service desk tickets, backup systems, provide daily reports, and perform file restores
- Set up, modify, and secure user accounts; monitor file access and system performance
- Test and evaluate hardware/software, maintain peripherals, and manage Active Directory accounts
