Description

As a Product Designer at Careem, you'll work on complex, high-impact product experiences used by millions across the Middle East. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to frame problems, shape direction, and deliver detailed designs that improve lives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years designing consumer products for mobile and web
• Ability to think in systems and design for full scenarios
• Strong product reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience using AI-based tools for design, research, or prototyping

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering to understand problems and define opportunities
• Shape end-to-end product experiences through user journeys, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity execution
• Introduce simplicity to complex journeys across mobile and web products
• Use research and feedback to inform decisions and reduce risk
• Integrate modern design tools and AI-driven workflows to increase exploration and speed up execution
