You'll lead the design of AI-driven conversational experiences for customers and partners. You'll create dialog flows and user journeys, supporting onboarding and solution delivery. This role is key to driving customer satisfaction through engaging, natural dialog flows.

• Develop assistant personas

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years conversation/UX design experience
• English communication skills (strong)
• Experience in multimodal user experience
• Understanding of NLU/NLP concepts

• Knowledge of AI and automation trends
