Description

You will be a hands-on Staff Engineer, spending 60% of your time coding and 40% guiding the technical direction of AI initiatives. You'll build scalable backend services, solve complex architectural puzzles, and own the full lifecycle of AI-powered features from prototype to production.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff or Senior Engineer with strong Golang skills
• Experience building scalable backend services and AI-native applications
• Deep understanding of production-grade system architecture and operations
• Experience with LLM technologies and RAG pipelines
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Build high-impact solutions as a hands-on contributor (~60% of time)
• Solve the most complex architectural puzzles across 2-3 high-priority teams
• Turn experimental AI ideas into high-availability, production-grade services
• Own the AI lifecycle from data retrieval and ingestion to monitoring cost and latency
• Architect agentic systems and guide the technical direction of AI initiatives
