💼 About This Role

You'll manage inventory for brands in our fulfillment center, ensuring optimal stock levels and service rates. You'll coordinate with brands on replenishment and lead performance reviews. This role offers a 360° view of B2B e-commerce supply chain and the chance to shape logistics processes at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and adjust replenishment parameters for optimal stock levels
• Track and analyze key inventory KPIs (use rate, out-of-stocks)
• Act as main point of contact for fulfillment-related topics
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and delivery incidents

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in client-facing role (account management, sales, customer success)
• Problem solver mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in French and English

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiar with Supply Chain Planning software (Anaplan, Pigment)
• Familiar with logistics topics (warehousing, order preparation)
• Experience in fulfillment software management (OMS, TMS, WMS)
