💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of production associates in Carvana's inspection center to meet quality and production goals. You'll oversee vehicle movement, repairs, and coaching to ensure first-time quality. This role offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement into and out of the inspection center.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Identify mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (3 years)
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes

• Experience in automotive reconditioning or lean principles
• Previous supervisory experience
