- Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting.
- Proven ability to manage and grow large, complex accounts.
- Strong communication skills engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English.
