Description

You will join a multi-disciplinary team to design plumbing and fire protection systems for new construction and renovation projects in sectors like education, healthcare, and commercial. You'll use Revit/BIM for modeling, coordinate with clients and project teams, and ensure designs meet specifications and budgets.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of related experience
• Working knowledge of Revit and engineering design programs (e.g., Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle multiple projects effectively

Responsibilities

• Design ductwork, piping, and equipment selection for plumbing and fire protection systems
• Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of construction drawings from schematic design to construction administration
• Edit specifications for new or existing projects
• Review shop drawings for compliance with specifications and contract documents
• Conduct job site visits to verify conditions and observe construction progress
