💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development of Sardine's internal data platform, connecting GTM, product analytics, and business data sources into a scalable system that drives insights and decision-making. You'll design and own the core data foundation enabling executive, revenue operations, and product teams to make data-informed decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves both data architecture and business context.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own internal data infrastructure integrating CRM, marketing, product, finance systems.
• Design and improve ETL/ELT pipelines for clean, reliable data flows.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and track KPIs for data-informed decisions.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence supporting GTM or business functions.
• Proven ability to manage integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, BigQuery/Snowflake, Amplitude, Sigma, Clay.
• Experience with Python for automation and API integrations.
• Exceptional SQL skills and modern data stack (BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow).
