🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a 3-5 year fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Personally manage and cultivate relationships with major donors and foundations.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in senior nonprofit fundraising or development leadership.
• Proven success securing major gifts of $100K+ from individuals or foundations.
• CFRE certification required and Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to operate in lean, fast-growing organizations with hands-on execution.
